The new public charge rule has gone into effect. Our office is intimately familiar with the new requirements. In many cases the rules will not change who gets approved or denied so don’t be scared off by the new requirements before speaking with a professional.

Is the application process more complex? Yes it is.
Should I be scared to file for a family member? No, in the majority of cases if someone was qualified before the new rules they should be qualified after the new rules.
