Our Immigration Attorneys assist our clients in resolving all employment-based immigration matters that arise on a daily basis in the global marketplace. We serve both foreign and domestic clients needing to transfer personnel to the United States to include: Professionals, entertainers, National Interest Waivers, persons who possess extraordinary abilities, and investors. We have processed numerous R1 Applications for religious workers and assisted many non-profit’s resolve their employment based immigration matters.

Our office can assist clients in obtaining immigration benefits such as: B1/B2 visas, E visas, H-1B, H-2B, K Visa, L-1, O, P and R-1’s. We also prepare green card applications including PERM labor certifications, I-130, I-140, I-360, National Interest Waiver, Asylum, Outstanding Ability, Outstanding Researcher or Professor, I-485, EB-5 (million dollar investor visas) and U.S. citizenship applications. Our office exclusively focuses on immigration law.
